Kindergarten Fees 2025-26
The Lindens Kindergarten (upstairs group) is open Mondays-Thursdays 9am-3pm. The morning costs £30.20 and the full day costs £45.30 for children aged 3 and over.
Funding for children aged 2, 3 and 4
From the term after a child turns 3, and up until the end of the term in which the child turns 5, he/she is eligible for funding from the Local Education Authority for up to 15 hours of childcare a week which can be used at The Lindens. Working families who qualify also get an additional 15 hours per week, making it a total of 30 hours. There is also funding available for some 2 year olds.
Families may choose to access exactly 15 funded hours per week, allowing full use of their Early Years funding entitlement. This can typically be arranged as three morning sessions or two full days plus an additional three-hour morning session (9:00–12:00).
Parents are asked for a voluntary contribution towards the cost of food and additional activities. For more information about this please see our Funding Policy or ask a member of staff.

Unfunded children under 3
The Lindens kindergarten morning (9am-1pm) costs £32 per day.
Fees are invoiced termly and are payable before the start of term. Please note that we require half a terms notice in writing should you withdraw your child from The Lindens or reduce the number of days that they attend.
